AEG Careers Privacy Policy

Andreas Empire Group LLC, publicly branded as AEG, operates the AEG Careers landing page at aeg-careers.com. This policy covers visits to that page, its candidate inquiry form, and related booking links. AEG The Story has its own separate privacy policy.
1. Information We Receive
The candidate inquiry form asks for your name, email address, state, selected candidate path, licensing status, and interests or message. A phone number is optional. When you use the linked booking service, we may receive the contact and appointment details you provide there. The page and embedded services may also process browser, device, IP address, page, cookie, or similar technical information needed to operate and protect the experience. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking or medical information, consumer records, or completed insurance applications in an initial inquiry.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss the independent insurance opportunity you selected, arrange and manage a requested conversation, and maintain related records. An inquiry or booking does not create employment, a carrier appointment, or an agreement to join AEG.
3. Communications and Choices
We may contact you to respond to your inquiry, continue related recruiting follow-up, and arrange or manage a requested appointment. We do not send promotional or marketing messages to recruiting contacts. Submitting the Careers inquiry form or booking a meeting does not create blanket marketing consent. A choice on the booking form concerns appointment confirmations, updates, and reminders. You may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up by emailing [email protected]. If an email includes an unsubscribe link or a text includes STOP instructions, you may use those controls. We will honor applicable opt-out requests.
4. Technology and Providers
We use service providers for the website, form, inquiry management system, scheduling, and communications. HighLevel/LeadConnector provides the form and inquiry-management technology used by AEG; the linked booking service may process information submitted there. We may share information with providers as needed to deliver those services, or as required or permitted for a request, applicable obligation, or protection of rights and safety. This policy does not describe consumer-lead sales or AEG Lead Solutions.
Meta Pixel and advertising cookies
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel and related cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar storage technologies to measure visits and recruiting inquiry submissions and improve our advertising. Recruiting inquiry records remain in our inquiry management system until manually deleted. There is no automatic deletion schedule or scheduled review process for those records, and we do not promise a fixed retention period. Other appointment and contact records may be retained for follow-up and applicable business or recordkeeping needs. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable obligations.
